We were fortunate to attract a candidate who understands rural medical care and has the experience to lead us through the rapidly evolving healthcare environment. Jones will be a good addition to our hospital and the medical community.”
In accepting the position, Jones stated, “I am very excited about taking over the leadership role at Magnolia Regional Medical Center. I appreciate the confidence the hospital board has placed in me through their selection of me as the CEO. During the interview process, I was impressed with the caliber of the people who work in the hospital and am honored to be able to work with them. It is a tough time in healthcare, but it appears we have a good team that can keep us successful so we can provide the community with the care they deserve. I am looking forward to getting started.”
