The MRMC Laboratory is happy to take orders from any provider with a valid license to practice in their field of medicine.
- To order lab tests at Magnolia Regional Medical Center for your patients please include:
- An order for the exact test you wish
- Patient name, date of birth
- A diagnosis or symptoms that relate to the tests ordered
- Date or dates the test is required,
- If a standing order is desired, please indicate on the order such as: Protime/INR, STANDING ORDER.
- A fax or phone number and address to send the report.
- The order has to be signed by the ordering physician.
For non staff physicians your physician ID and office address and phone will be required in order to complete testing and reporting efficiently.
