Welcome to the Magnolia Surgical Clinic!  The Surgical Clinic is located within the Magnolia Regional Medical Center building, on the 2nd floor.  The clinic is open Monday - Friday and sees patients on a referral basis.

Dr. Theresa McCallie completed her medical training at the University of Arkansas College of Medicine and completed her residency in General Surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science in Little Rock.  She completed an additional year of training in an Advanced Laparoscopy program in the Joseph B Petelin Program in Shawnee Mission, KS.

During her surgical training, Dr. McCallie was recognized as one of the leading graduates and was highly recruited for surgical practices in Arkansas and surrounding states.  She was the recipient of the Robert M Bransford MD award for Outstanding Chief Resident at the completion of her residency.

Dr. McCallie joined the Magnolia Surgical Clinic in 2009.  She also serves as the physician advisor for the Trauma Committee, and serves as the Southwest Arkansas Trauma Physician Director.

Dr. Moises Menendez joined the Magnolia Surgical Clinic in 2010. After completion of his medical training, Dr. Menendez completed his General Surgery residencies at the University of Colorado and the Ohio Valley Medical Center.  He also completed a Vascular Surgery Fellowship at University of Tennessee.

Dr. Menendez spent 31 years in private surgical practice before moving to Houston Texas to concentrate on Wound Care.  He returned to South Arkansas with an extensive knowledge of wound care.

Dr. Menendez is certified by the American Board of Surgeons, and is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons.
