Thank you for choosing Magnolia Regional Medical Center as your provider of medical services. Our goal is to provide you with excellent care and hospitality. In compliance with the federal government’s Meaningful Use Initiative, Magnolia Regional Medical Center allows patients (and/or a patient-authorized user) access to their patient record electronically. Having this electronic access through your personal, secured email will allow you the patient the ability to review your medical record during your stay at our facility. This access provides you with information including, but not limited to, medical procedures, medical history, medications, allergies, existing medical conditions, etc. You can also download your confidential medical record to your own private computer for your personal records, as well as electronically share your record with another medical professional of your choice.
In addition to having access to your electronic health record, you may also view your billing statements and make online payments on your account. Payments can be made using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
Upon your discharge from our facility, the email address you shared with us during the registration process will receive an auto-generated email from our electronic health record. This email will direct you to step-by-step instructions on how to access your personal medical record.

How to Register for Magnolia Regional Medical Center’s Patient Portal & Bill Pay:
You will receive an email invitation (from email@example.com) to create your patient portal account. Click on the link provided in the email to start the registration process.
Enter first name, last name, and date of birth. The profile # and email will pull from the link provided in the email. Next, create a user ID and password. Select the checkbox verifying the information is correct and then click REGISTER.
Select three security questions and provide answers. These are needed in case your password is forgotten.
To View Your Medical Record:
- Click Medical Records to begin looking at your clinical records.
- Click on the name of the patient you are authorized to view. The patient’s clinical visits will be listed chronologically.
- Select the visit you would like to view and double-click.
- Click the “Transmit, download or print Summary of Care document”
- Your electronic health record will download.
To View or Pay Your Balance:
- At the main menu, click Bill Pay
- Enter the amount you wish to pay. Click “Billing Options”
- Complete the billing information. Click “Review & Confirm”
- Review your payment information. Click “Submit”
