Magnolia Regional Medical Center (MRMC) is proud to announce the appointment of William D. Giles as the organization’s new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Giles brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare and financial leadership, including an extensive background in improving operations in rural healthcare settings.

Throughout his career, Mr. Giles has served in both CEO and CFO roles in various healthcare settings across the country. He has a proven track record in improving financial performance, building collaborative relationships with local leaders, and enhancing patient services. He has led several successful hospital turnarounds and has helped secure grant funding for vital equipment and service improvements.

Mr. Giles shared, “I’m honored to join the dedicated team at Magnolia Regional Medical Center. Mr. Giles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. His career has been marked by a strong commitment to fiscal accountability, operational excellence, and community-focused leadership.
