Biography
Jo Ann Clark grew up in Emerson, AR. She graduated from Southern Arkansas University in 1986 with an associate of science degree in Nursing. After years of practicing as a nurse, as well as teaching clinical groups, she returned to school. She received her Bachelors in Science of Nursing in 2000, as well as her Masters in Nursing, from UAMS in 2003. She was employed as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the Magnolia Medical Clinic for several years and joined the UAMS Family Practice Clinic in 2012. She returned to Magnolia Regional Medical Center as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Magnolia Family Medical Clinic in 2019.
Jo Ann is a member of Calvary Baptist Church and a board member for the Compassion Foundation. She is active in the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She has been married to Scott for 32 years and has two children. Her daughter, Summer, is a Pharmacist and is married to Zac who is currently pursuing a degree. Her son, Garrett, is a senior at Magnolia High School. She is also a proud grandmother to Riley.
She is passionate about her young patients and enjoys taking care of their health needs as she watches them grow. She also enjoys reading, swimming, and attending Panther athletic events.
