OBJECTIVE:
The Magnolia Regional Medical Center Workplace will have designated lead roles with specific outlined duties.
POLICY:
The roles defined below will have oversight for Magnolia Regional Medical Center Workplace. Those outside of these set roles with will not have the ability to perform administrative functions.
PROCEDURE:
System Level Roles

Human Resource Director: Add/Removal of employees to their appropriate work group

Chief Operating Officer: Serve as the Workplace Administrator. Create, remove, and monitor all groups, research any questionable posts, remove unapproved content, maintain Knowledge Library, and oversee all aspects of the administration of the Workplace community

C Suite Executive Assistant: Create, remove, and monitor all groups, research any questionable posts, remove unapproved content, maintain Knowledge Library, and other duties as assigned by the Workplace Administrator.
Group Specific Roles

Department Directors: Moderator of their department specific groups including, but not limited to leading group discussions and monitoring content.

Social Group Creators: Once a social group is approved through administrator, the social group creator will take the moderator role over their group, including, but not limited to leading group discussions and monitoring content.
